Shipping and Returns
Once an order is received, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. The time for items to be delivered will vary depending on the courier schedule.
Please ensure that any special requirements are listed in the notes section of your order. Retail store addresses are preferred, however, for private residence deliveries, please provide the authority for the courier to leave your order. If an order has been attempted to be delivered and was not accepted, please note there may be additional charges incurred. Delivery charges are calculated in our warehouse and vary depending on the dimensions of the order.
We are dedicated to providing you with products high in quality and originality as one of the largest manufacturers/distributors of Giftware and Hobby Crafts in Australia. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please send an image of the damaged product with a brief description of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our team has viewed your request and approved the return of your item, you will be contacted directly. You may either choose to return the faulty item for a replacement or be offered a discount.
